Job Description :

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze usage, quality, and performance data across our language services, turning raw data into insights that guide product and model improvement decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards/reports on platform usage, model accuracy, and data quality trends.
• •Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis on large, multilingual datasets to surface patterns and issues.
• •Cross-functional Support: Partner with ML/engineering teams to identify data gaps, quality issues, and improvement opportunities.
• •Stakeholder Reporting: Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for product and leadership stakeholders.
• •Data Hygiene: Maintain documentation, validation checks, and quality standards for key datasets.

Technical Requirements

• •Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
• •Proficiency in Python - experience with data analytics libraries like Pandas, Numpy and Matplotlib.
• •Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• •Comfort working with large-scale, unstructured, or multilingual data

Mandatory Skills

SQL, Python, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau)

Good to Have

• •Experience analyzing NLP/speech model outputs (accuracy metrics, error analysis)
• •Familiarity with basic statistics/experiment design (A/B testing)
• •Exposure to big data tools (Spark, BigQuery)
