Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Sicherstellung robuster Prozesse für technische Datenprodukte
  • Analyse großer Datenmengen sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für Fachbereiche
  • Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten durch aussagekräftige Dashboards, Reports und Präsentationen
  • Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen zur Identifikation und nachhaltigen Behebung von Daten- und Prozessfehlern
  • Koordination von Stakeholdern sowie Moderation von Abstimmungen zwischen Fachbereichen, Management und Datenexperten
  • Förderung einer datengetriebenen Arbeitsweise durch Coaching und Beratung der Anwender

Profil:

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in Data Analytics, Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessverbesserung sowie IT- oder Informationssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in SQL, Datenmanagement und Datenvisualisierung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit Skywise
  • analytisches Denkvermögen sowie sicherer Umgang mit statistischen Methoden
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
