Analyze backlog (current, secured, and projected) against capacity, resources, and revenue targets to support forecasting and resource planning.
Support annual and long-range planning with scenario modeling, forecasts, and clear summaries for executives and business development.
Support CRM data quality: clean up duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records, set data standards and validation rules, and keep Salesforce a reliable source of truth.

Test, document, and support releases, and train end users on new tools and processes.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration & Process Improvement
Evaluate and implement AI tools (including Salesforce AI features and generative AI assistants) to speed up tasks such as bid document review, data entry, summarization, and reporting.
Develop prompts, templates, and guidelines so the team uses AI consistently, securely, and in line with company policy.
Pilot new AI and automation ideas, measure their results, and scale what works.
Stay current on emerging analytics, automation, and AI capabilities relevant to construction.
Prequalification Management
Administer the subcontractor and supplier prequalification program, including issuing, collecting, and reviewing pre-qualification packages.
