the posting

At Paulig, we believe every meal, cup, and moment should be full of flavor, and that bold ideas can make the world a tastier, more sustainable place. As a house of iconic brands, we can make an impact that counts, and careers that matter.

Now we’re looking for a Data and Integration Architect to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in either Mölndal/Solna, Sweden or Helsinki, Finland and report to the Head of IT, Data & Integration, and work with colleagues and partners across our locations.

Your role in the blend

As Data and Integration Architect, you will shape scalable data and integration solutions, guide technical delivery, and connect business needs with Paulig’s enterprise architecture. You will set architectural direction while working closely with internal teams and external partners to turn it into secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and maintain Paulig’s target architecture, principles, and roadmaps for data platforms, integrations, APIs, and information flows.
  • Translate business and solution requirements into secure, scalable, and reusable architecture designs across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
  • Guide delivery teams and partners through solution design, technical decisions, design reviews, and implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Establish integration and data governance patterns covering APIs, events, master data, metadata, security, quality, observability, and lifecycle management.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation initiatives, including ERP, analytics, and digital business capabilities, while collaborating with business stakeholders, cybersecurity, application teams, data specialists, vendors, and strategic partners.

Your key ingredients

You combine hands-on architecture expertise with a pragmatic business mindset. You can set direction, make complex topics understandable, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Several years of experience in data, integration, or solution architecture within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API-led design, event-driven architecture, data modelling, and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience designing solutions across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises systems, with attention to security, resilience, performance, and supportability.
  • The ability to create clear architecture documentation, evaluate options, and facilitate decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, together with a practical approach to governance and delivery.

Experience with one or more of the following would be beneficial: Azure integration and data services, API management, event streaming, iPaaS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, data products, master data management, ERP integrations, particularly Infor M3, DevOps and infrastructure as code, data governance frameworks, architecture methods such as TOGAF, or Enterprise Architecture Management tools such as LeanIX or Bizzdesign.
