• Summary:
• As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the application s data framework, determining how data will be stored efficiently, and ensuring seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and performance, collaborating with different stakeholders to align data architecture with project goals, and continuously refining data models to meet evolving needs.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
• - Oversee the quality and consistency of data models and integration processes across projects.
• - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs).
• - Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for scalable data architecture.
• - Experience in designing and managing data storage solutions that optimize performance and reliability.
• - Ability to integrate diverse data sources and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
