As a Snowflake + Cortex Senior Manager you will lead data engineering efforts focused on designing and developing data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation solutions that turn raw data into actionable insight within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will guide large, multidiscipline teams, bring sound judgment to complex delivery challenges, and communicate clear direction that supports clients and internal stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will use advanced cloud data tools and a strategic mindset to drive delivery, shape solution approaches, and help translate business needs into practical data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• - Leading data engineering initiatives from design through delivery
• - Developing data pipelines, integration routines, and transformation logic for client data platforms
• - Designing Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions that support scalable analytics use cases
• - Applying Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar orchestration tools to schedule and manage data workflows
• - Optimizing data models, query performance, and warehouse structures to improve processing efficiency
• - Validating data quality, lineage, and reconciliation controls across source, staging, and reporting layers
• - Advising clients on data architecture choices, platform modernization paths, and implementation tradeoffs
• - Coaching team members through complex delivery work and coordinating issue resolution across technical stakeholders

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 12 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• - Demonstrating Snowflake and Cortex implementation experience in client settings
• - Applying systems thinking to data modernization challenges and opportunities
• - Crafting clear messages that translate technical details into business stories
• - Directing teams through ambiguity while maintaining composure
