DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data accurately in Excel/company systems.
  • Maintain daily records, files and documentation.
  • Prepare basic MIS/data reports.
  • Check and correct data errors.
  • Coordinate with different departments for required information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company data.
  • Required Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office .
  • Good typing and data-entry skills.
  • Basic Excel formulas, sorting and filtering.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic communication and coordination skills.
