DuPont is looking for a Data Management Analyst. This role focuses on data creation and maintenance, including updates and deletion, of business data in the SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Data Management Analyst ensures the accuracy of ERP business data by applying the relevant business data rules, policies and procedures during the data creation or maintenance processes.

Your key responsibilities:

• •Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
• •Perform complex data entry in SAP and other systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• •Gathers data from content owner and transfers data into a standard format for SAP-based ERP system.
• •Understands business data standards, policies and procedures and applies them appropriately to data.
• •Leads audits for compliance and improvement.
• •Conducts investigations to address stakeholder complaints.
• •Makes use of specialized knowledge to assist customers in resolving problems.
• •Assists in the learning of others.
• •Originates and improves technical documents and procedures.
• •Establishes and maintains credibility with stakeholders and co-workers.
• •Makes decisions as necessary to meet team and individual performance objectives with a continual improvement in performance.
• •Identifies alternatives to existing job tasks or processes and offers suggestions for improvement.
• •Studies best practices that can be applied to improve work tasks and processes.
• •Demonstrates self-reflection and solicits feedback from others regarding performance.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in related technical field.
• •Chemical industry experience is a plus.
• •Relevant experience with Material Master Data Management in SAP.
• •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language.
• •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• •Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
• •Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• •Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• •Strong stakeholder management skills.
