• Summary:
• As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and comprehensively to the new system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless and dependable transition, while monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration lifecycle.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• - Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies to meet project goals.
• - Monitor and evaluate migration progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• - Support junior team members by providing guidance and resolving technical challenges.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• - Strong expertise in data migration methodologies and best practices.
• - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• - Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data migration.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
• - Familiarity with data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance techniques.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
• - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
