• Summary:
• As a Data Migration Lead, your day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from start to finish. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely into the new system. Your role includes defining the migration strategy, establishing controls to maintain data integrity, and managing any risks that may arise during the transition. You will also monitor progress closely to ensure deadlines are met and the migration proceeds smoothly, facilitating a reliable and efficient system upgrade.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with project goals.
• - Monitor and report on migration progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration tasks.
• - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the migration process.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• - Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• - Experience in coordinating complex data migration projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• - Ability to analyze and resolve data inconsistencies and migration-related challenges.
• - Familiarity with data validation techniques to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical teams.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
