You will lead the team, shape the service model, and partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the center continues to deliver reliable outcomes today while building the future-state model for tomorrow.

We will count on you to:

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Monitor operating metrics, unit economics, and performance trends to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Build a culture of accountability, problem solving, and operational discipline across the team.

What you need to have:

  • Significant experience leading operations, service delivery, or capability center teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong background in operational management, SLA delivery, quality control, and people leadership.
  • Proven ability to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support automation or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Technology teams to solve operational issues at the source.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance and decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; operations, business, or related discipline preferred.

What makes you stand out?

  • Experience leading teams that support data ingestion, document processing, or other human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, process excellence, or continuous improvement methods.
  • Experience driving automation, ingestion modernization, or operational transformation.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while maintaining strong service delivery and team engagement.
  • A track record of improving productivity, quality, and cost-to-serve while building a scalable operating model.
