Responsibilities:

• •Analyze provider performance data and provide recommendations to the Data and Performance Analytics leadership for areas of opportunity.
• •Provide reporting and details to both clinicians and Operations Team personnel on the performance and outcomes of compensation plans.
• •Maintain facility-specific incentive plan records, i.e. pay rates, hours of coverage, NPPA involvement, and facility specific circumstances.
• •Review provider contracts to extract pertinent information used to process incentive plans.
• •Process monthly/quarterly/annual incentive payments
• •Work through monthly calculation cycle and ensure all payroll deadlines are met.
• •Coordinate with and escalate to Data and Performance Analytics leadership for problem resolution.
• •Coordinate with and escalate to Data and Performance Analytics leadership to answer provider questions.
• •Work through SOX compliance audits for accuracy and approval tracking.
• •Work closely with the payroll department to ensure accuracy of provider compensation.
• •Work on modeling new and updated incentive plans upon request.

Pay Range:

42,784.00 - 58,816.00 USD annually This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
