Position Summary

Pennant is seeking a Data Products & Analytics Manager to lead our enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data product strategy initiatives. This role will oversee the development and governance of dashboards, self-service analytics, AI-powered reporting solutions, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI .

The ideal candidate has experience leading analytics teams, building data strategies, and turning complex healthcare data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
• •Manage analytics products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered analytics tools.
• •Own and administer BI platforms including Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.
• •Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and data visualization best practices.
• •Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• •Oversee a team of Business Intelligence and Data Analysts.
• •Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• •5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management .
• •3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
• •Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
• •Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
• •Healthcare industry experience preferred.
