Data Protection Manager / Legal Counsel (all genders)

## Your Tasks

• •Advise business functions and affiliates on data protection matters and regulatory requirements, increasingly including also AI compliance topics
• •Contribute to the further development of Beiersdorf’s global data protection and AI compliance framework, processes and tools
• •Support the identification, assessment and mitigation of privacy and AI-related risks
• •Assist in the prevention, investigation, monitoring and reporting of privacy incidents and compliance violations
• •Define and assess technical and organizational measures
• •Coordinate and maintain data protection documentation with business functions and affiliates
• •Support audits and monitoring activities related to data processing and compliance controls
• •Develop and deliver training and awareness materials for employees and Management

## Your Profile

• •University degree in law, business, IT, data science, digital technologies, compliance, risk management, public administration or a comparable field
• •Proven experience in data protection, compliance, risk management or a related area, experience in European GDPR is preferred
• •Strong interest in AI governance and AI compliance, ideally with initial practical experience in this field
• •Knowledge of data protection laws and frameworks is an advantage
• •Experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration
• •Affinity for technology, data processing and digital business models
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• •Excellent written and spoken German and English

This position is part-time (~ 31 h/week) and limited for approx. one year .
