Use website search functions, Google, agenda portals, document archives, and related public records to identify the most current versions of documents.

Submit public records requests when required documents are not publicly available online.

Follow up with government agency staff regarding outstanding requests, documenting responses, extensions, and denials.

Upload retrieved documents into the internal system and maintain accurate records of research activities and request statuses.

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and best practices for website navigation and data management.

Track and report daily tasks to maintain transparency and accountability.

Communicate blockers, website issues, and unusual cases to the team through Slack.

RFP Document Retrieval Support

Assist with retrieving RFP documents from government procurement websites when additional support is needed.

Identify and download the correct primary RFP documents from procurement portals.

Support website logins, account setup, and CAPTCHA-protected portals when access issues affect the team or scraping pipeline.
