• The Role: Data Scientist:
• We are hiring a Data Scientist to join our data team, which plays a central role in shaping cross-company decisions across GTM, Product, and Business functions.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models on business-related data

Apply statistical methods to analyze large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights

Partner with stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Business teams to identify opportunities and solve high-impact problems

Support deployment, evaluation, and monitoring of models in production environments

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Data Science

Strong statistical background

Solid understanding of classical machine learning models and algorithms

Experience working with business data (e.g., product, marketing, revenue, user behavior)

Proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Experience working with Git

Tech stack:

Data warehouses and platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks – required

Experience working in modern data environments and pipelines

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – required

Master’s degree in a relevant field – preferred

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in production environments

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
