Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Data Engineering Teams; Koordination von Projekten mit Data Scientists, Engineers und Product Ownern
Aufbau und Betrieb skalierbarer Databricks-Pipelines mit Python, Declarative Pipelines und Jobs/Workflows
Einsatz von Azure Data Factory für Ingestion/Orchestration und Integration von SQL/NoSQL-Datenbanken
Einführung von Standards, wiederverwendbaren Templates und Dokumentation für gruppenweite Lösungen
Qualitätssicherung durch Versionierung, Testing, Monitoring, SLAs/SLOs und automatisierte Deployments
Kosten- und Performance-Management produktiver Pipelines

Ihr Profil
Studium Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Engineering/Data Science oder gleichwertige Praxis
der Rolle entsprechende fundierte Data Engineering-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Databricks (Python, Spark SQL, Lakehouse), Declarative Pipelines, Jobs/Workflows
Erfahrung mit Azure Data Factory, Datenintegration/Orchestration, Datenmodellierung und Performance-Tuning
DataOps-Mindset: Versionierung, Tests, automatisierte Deployments, saubere Release-Prozesse
Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständig, lösungsorientiert; fundierte Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch vorteilhaft
