As a Data Solutions - Experienced Associate you will support client-facing experience consulting work within our Tax practice, contributing to the design and delivery of data-led solutions that improve customer and employee experiences. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adapting to varied client needs, taking ownership of assigned work, and developing the skills to deliver consistent results while building your professional brand across different engagements. In this role at PwC, you will help gather information, interpret patterns in data, support project tasks, and contribute to end-to-end delivery efforts that connect business process, experience design, and technology capabilities for clients.

Responsibilities

• - Supporting tax delivery experience projects by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and tracking implementation tasks
• - Assisting in the design and deployment of client-facing processes, tools, and digital solutions that improve usability and adoption
• - Analyzing business needs and translating feedback into clear process improvements for tax reporting and strategy work
• - Contributing to project delivery activities by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and flagging risks or blockers early
• - Applying Agile methods, project management tools, and technology implementation skills to advance delivery timelines
• - Interpreting data and process information to identify patterns, support decisions, and refine delivery approaches
• - Collaborating with team members to test solutions, validate functionality, and incorporate user feedback into updates
• - Developing knowledge of tax delivery models, business processes, and emerging technologies used in client service environments
• - Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• - Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

• - Python, SQL, Databricks.
• - At least 1 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
