About the Role

PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team is helping organisations transform how they manage, migrate and unlock value from data. As part of our growing Data Modernisation practice, we're looking for a Data Transformation Senior Manager to lead complex data migration programmes and help clients build the strong data foundations needed for technology, business and AI-enabled transformation.

You'll work with senior client stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams and emerging technologies to deliver large-scale data transformation initiatives while helping shape the future of PwC's migration capability.

What your days will look like:

• •Lead complex data migration programmes, providing direction across strategy, data quality, transformation, validation and cutover activities.
• •Own migration governance, delivery quality, risk management and stakeholder engagement across large transformation programmes.
• •Drive the adoption of AI-enabled delivery approaches, automation and reusable accelerators to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• •Act as a trusted adviser to senior clients on migration strategy, data readiness and modernisation initiatives.
• •Lead and develop high-performing UK, offshore and client teams, fostering collaboration, coaching and capability growth.
• •Support business development activities, including solution shaping, proposals, thought leadership and proposition development.

This role is for you if you have:

• •Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and transformation programmes across ERP, CRM, HR, finance or cloud-enabled transformations.
• •Strong understanding of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, from discovery and profiling through to deployment and hypercare.
• •Experience managing programme governance, quality assurance, risk and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.
• •Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• •Experience applying AI, automation or reusable delivery assets to improve programme outcomes and delivery efficiency.
• •Technical credibility across data migration tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, Informatica, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
