Responsibilities:

• •Validating the given healthcare data via calling.
• •Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the data provided
• •Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• •Conduct research on healthcare data and formulate the relevant answers for assigned task
• •Document with every task in a detailed and structured manner

Qualifications:

• •2+Years of Call handling experience
• •Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• •Good capacity for teamwork
• •Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues
• •Patience and Customer Service skills and the ability to defuse potentially in difficult situations
• •Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
• •Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• •Working knowledge of MS Office tools
• •Healthcare knowledge is a plus
• •Willingness to work on night / rotational shifts
