As a Databricks + Agentic AI Manager you will lead client-facing data engineering work focused on designing, building, and transforming data pipelines, integration patterns, and data platforms that turn raw information into usable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, and direct workstreams with accountable decision-making, strategic planning, and a focus on delivery, quality, and client expectations. In this role at PwC, you will use your knowledge of Databricks and agentic AI to shape modern data solutions, help solve complex engineering challenges, and contribute to data modernization efforts across cloud environments and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• - Leading data engineering workstreams focused on Databricks-based platforms and agentic AI solutions for client needs
• - Designing and building data pipelines, integration layers, and transformation workflows across cloud data environments
• - Managing project planning, delivery timing, budgeting, and issue resolution for assigned engagements
• - Guiding teams in data architecture, data modeling, and platform modernization activities across AWS, Azure, and Snowflake environments
• - Reviewing technical deliverables for data quality, validation logic, performance tuning, and security controls
• - Developing and mentoring team members while adapting work approaches to shifting client priorities and delivery demands
• - Applying AI fluency and AI-human collaboration skills to support automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow use cases
• - Identifying opportunities to improve data infrastructure, streamline processing, and advance modernization outcomes

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 8 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
