As a Dataops + Infra + Security Specialists - Manager you will lead client support work across data and analytics engineering, combining data operations, infrastructure, and security to help shape data solutions that support informed decisions and business growth within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage performance, and guide multiple work streams while using business knowledge, technology, and sound judgment to address complex challenges and deliver work that aligns with client expectations. In this role at PwC, you will guide teams through exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, data visualization, and the design of data solutions, while also helping strengthen delivery methods, reviewing outcomes, and advancing dependable execution across engagements at PwC Acceleration Center India.
Responsibilities
- - Leading data science, data engineering, and security workstreams for client-facing analytics initiatives
- - Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple assigned engagements
- - Developing, reviewing, and refining data pipelines, data models, and data quality controls for analytics solutions
- - Applying machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to complex data problems
- - Designing secure infrastructure patterns that support scalable data platforms and controlled access
- - Guiding teams in the use of AI tools, automation methods, and digital tooling to improve delivery
- - Coaching team members, reviewing work products, and building skills through feedback and mentorship
- - Analyzing system interactions across data, infrastructure, and security components to identify issues and improvement areas
- - Communicating progress, risks, and delivery dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership
- - Upholding technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements across assigned work
What You Must Have
- - At least a Bachelor's degree
- - At least 8 years of experience
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required
