Join a collaborative data engineering team where your work directly improves how the business trusts, moves, and uses data. In this role, you’ll help build and support reliable ETL pipelines using IBM InfoSphere DataStage, partnering closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver clean, timely, and well-structured datasets. You’ll contribute to end-to-end delivery—from understanding requirements and designing mappings to testing, deployment, and production support—while learning modern practices around performance tuning, monitoring, and data quality. If you enjoy solving data flow challenges, working with structured processes, and taking ownership of dependable integrations, this is a great opportunity to grow your impact and technical depth in an environment that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and shared success.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to load and transform data across systems.

Translate business and technical requirements into DataStage job designs, mappings, and data transformation logic.

Build and optimize ETL workflows including sequencing, parameterization, reusable job components, and error handling.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT by preparing test data and validating outputs against source systems.

Troubleshoot ETL failures, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure stable production runs.

Monitor batch schedules and job performance; support improvements in throughput, restartability, and resource usage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, completeness, and adherence to delivery timelines.

Maintain technical documentation for job designs, data flows, operational runbooks, and deployment notes.
