## Datenbank- / Serveradministrator m/w/d

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Infrastructure-Team eine leistungsstarke und zukunftssichere IT-Landschaft und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Betrieb, das Monitoring, die Wartung und die Backup-Strategien unserer Datenbanksysteme und sorgst für deren Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance.
  • Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Virtualisierungs- und Serverlandschaft.
  • Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen, findest nachhaltige Lösungen und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung sowie Automatisierung unserer Infrastruktur voran.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg aus verschiedenen IT-Bereichen zusammen und bringst dein Fachwissen in Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekte ein.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Datenbanktechnologie wie Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle oder PostgreSQL und hast Interesse, dein Wissen kontinuierlich auszubauen.
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Server mit. Erfahrungen im Linux-Umfeld (z. B. SUSE oder Red Hat) sind ein Plus.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien – vorzugsweise VMware.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, gehst technische Herausforderungen mit Neugier an und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
