Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Standort Leipzig im Bereich Datenerfassung Unterstützung:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektbezogene Datenerfassung, bearbeitung und –kontrolle
  • Klassifizierung verschiedener Dokumententypen in einer PC-Anwendung
  • Recherche über eine integrierte PC-Anwendung und Auswahl der Rechercheergebnisse
  • Manuelle Korrektur von unvollständig erkannten Beleginformationen
  • Manuelle Bearbeitung von Sonderfällen ggf. unter Zuhilfenahme von Recherchetools
  • Übertragen und Erfassen von bestehenden Daten in das neue System

Ihr Profil:

  • gern eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Dateneingabe wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im 10-Finger-Tastsystem
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit: Montag –Freitag: 8:00 – 20:00 Uhr, Samstag: 9:30 – 15:30 Uhr
  • Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
