Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Datenerfassung für eines der größten Kommunikationsunternehmen in Deutschland
  • Kompetente, fallabschließende Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Kundenanfragen (z. B. zu Tarifwechsel, Freischaltung, Vertragsverlängerungen, Neuverträge etc.)
  • Beratung des Kunden zu Tarifen
  • Erteilung von Auskünften zu Rechnungsanfragen, Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
  • Ausbau und Pflege des Kundenstammes: Biete den Kunden die besten Angebote und Dienstleistungen an
