Aufgaben

  • Erfassung, Pflege und Kontrolle logistischer Daten in den relevanten Datensystemen
  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Warenbewegungen und Buchungsvorgängen
  • Prüfung von Aufträgen, Lieferungen und Beständen auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
  • Dokumentation von Wareneingängen, Warenausgängen und innerbetrieblichen Transporten
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Begleitpapieren
  • Überwachung von Material- und Informationsflüssen
  • Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten und Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen

Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft, Spedition oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts-, Lager-, oder ERP Systemen von Vorteil
  • Gute PC-, und MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
