  • Du begleitest und betreust unsere Patient:innen während der Nacht.
  • Gemeinsam im Team sorgst du bei Bedarf für Deeskalation und emotionale Stabilisierung – du handelst nie isoliert.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie die Medikamentenausgabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung.
  • Du dokumentierst die nächtlichen Verläufe sorgfältig und sorgst am Morgen für eine lückenlose und strukturierte Übergabe an den Tagdienst.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in; Heilzerziehungspfleger:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar.
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Psychiatrie mit – oder du hast Interesse, dich in dieses spannende Fachgebiet einzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest bevorzugt in der Nacht
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und echtes Teamplay sind für dich selbstverständlich, denn nachts verlassen wir uns zu 100 % aufeinander.
