Prime Home Developmental Disability Services is a certified Nebraska DHHS provider offering residential and day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide a full circle of care through individualized programs that empower people to live fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do

Work Monday–Friday during the day

Manage a caseload and communicate with employees, families, and care teams

Oversee documentation and ensure proper staffing ratios

Write and implement individualized programs

Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff

Support clients in daily living skills: nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication, and socialization

Provide crisis intervention and implement treatment plans
