River Café @ Michigan Medicine Pavilion Tower

Do you have a passion for cooking and take pride in serving great food? Join the team at River Café ! We're looking for a dependable, experienced Grill Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys working with a great team.

What You'll Do:

Prepare breakfast and lunch items on the grill to company standards

Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all menu items

Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

Work efficiently during busy service periods

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous grill or line cook experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Team player with excellent communication skills

What We Offer:

Monday–Friday schedule

Daytime hours – evenings, most weekends, and major holidays off
