Administrador de Bases de Datos Oracle (DBA Senior)

Descripción del Cargo

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Electrónica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia sólida en administración de bases de datos Oracle en entornos empresariales de alta disponibilidad.
  • Será responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad, rendimiento y continuidad operativa de las plataformas de bases de datos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares y mejores prácticas corporativas.
  • Participará en iniciativas de optimización, monitoreo, respaldo, recuperación, replicación y mejora continua de los servicios de bases de datos.
  • Experiencia deseable en sectores financiero, asegurador o bancario.
  • Deseable Inglés intermedio.
  • Modalidad híbrida.

Conocimientos

  • Administración de Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c y 19c.
  • Oracle RAC, Data Guard y GoldenGate.
  • Estrategias de Backup & Recovery.
  • Performance Tuning y troubleshooting.
  • Instalación, configuración, migración y actualización de bases de datos.
  • Monitoreo y administración sobre entornos Linux y Windows.
  • Oracle Exadata, ACFS y DBFS (deseable).
  • PL/SQL e ITIL Foundation (deseable).

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y asegurar la disponibilidad de bases de datos Oracle en ambientes productivos y no productivos.
  • Implementar mejoras de rendimiento, estabilidad y capacidad de las plataformas.
  • Gestionar procesos de respaldo, recuperación y continuidad del negocio.
  • Ejecutar actividades de replicación, refresh y migración de bases de datos.
  • Aplicar actualizaciones, parches y controles de seguridad.
  • Realizar monitoreo, diagnóstico y resolución de incidentes.
  • Documentar procedimientos, configuraciones y cambios realizados.
  • Participar en proyectos de infraestructura, despliegues y modernización tecnológica.
  • Promover iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua.
