Job Overview: As a Kitchen Manager, you will manage kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain safety standards, and oversee training while coordinating marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• •Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices in the kitchen environment
• •Manage kitchen equipment use, maintenance, and inventory tasks
• •Handle ingredient storage, mise-en-place planning, and recipe consistency
• •Process orders, manage documentation, and generate reports
• •Conduct quality checks, complaint analysis, and camera audits
• •Lead training programs and monitor equipment maintenance
• •Coordinate local store marketing activities

Requirements

• •High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
• •8+ years kitchen experience including food preparation, management
• •Advanced kitchen operations knowledge
• •Proficiency with computers
• •Analytical skills for complaint analysis and equipment monitoring
• •Experience with store marketing activities
