Where You Come In

As a Para Athlete Ambassador, you will leverage your experiences as an athlete to promote inclusion, inspire others, and contribute to awareness activities across the organization.

You will:

  • Continue your athletic career while representing Dexcom's commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • Participate in internal awareness and engagement initiatives
  • Support DE&I-related activities and company events
  • Contribute to external communications efforts, including social media content and storytelling opportunities
  • Participate in public relations activities approximately 1 to 4 times per year
  • Share experiences and insights that help foster a more inclusive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possession of a valid disability certificate
  • Active participation in para sports activities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for supporting DE&I initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in regional, national, or international para sports competitions
  • Interest in communications, advocacy, or public awareness activities
  • Basic English proficiency or willingness to work in a global environment

Experience

  • Experience as a para athlete through ongoing training and competition
  • Experience representing a team, organization, or community is preferred
  • Professional communications or public relations experience is not required

Travel Required

  • Limited domestic travel may be required for competitions, company events, awareness activities, or public relations initiatives
  • Occasional travel to the Tokyo office (approximately once per month)

  • DE&I推進に関する取り組みへの協力
  • 社内外向け広報活動への参加
  • SNS記事や社内コンテンツ作成のサポート
  • 会社イベント・広報施策への参加

働き方(Workplace Flexibility)

Dexcomは、競技活動と仕事の両立を応援しています。試合・合宿・遠征などについては事前にご相談いただき、柔軟に勤務調整を行います。月1回程度、東京本社への出社をお願いする場合があります。

勤務時間・雇用形態

  • 9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝)
  • 契約社員(1年更新)
