The Role
You'll act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to manage end-to-end quoting and eliminate backlog across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. By bringing structure, accuracy, and velocity to non-standard deal structures, you'll ensure Everlaw's revenue engine scales efficiently while protecting financial integrity and compliance.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ.
Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Q2C requests to maintain service standards and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms, resolve system inefficiencies, and ensure deals adhere to established price books and discount thresholds.
Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve transparency across Go-To-Market teams.
Ensure all transactions adhere to Everlaw's financial compliance standards without creating downstream billing issues.
About You
You have at least 4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments.
You have advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (or a similar quoting tool) with demonstrated ability to configure products and bundles, apply price rules, and troubleshoot complex quote logic.
You bring experience balancing short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity, ensuring deals move quickly while adhering to compliance guardrails.
You are a clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts and tailor messaging for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and technical partners.
You bring a background in SaaS or Legal Tech environments with strong detail orientation to manage high-volume requests in a fast-paced queue.
You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. We often revisit candidates who may have applied for a different role if something comes up that's a better fit.

About Everlaw
When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence — emails, documents, chats, files — to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
