Für einen namhaften Kunden am Standort Stuttgart suchen wir einen erfahrenen Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhalter, der unser Finanzteam mit Fachkompetenz und Engagement verstärkt.

Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Zahlungsläufen, Mahnwesen und Bankbuchungen
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Partnern
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzleitung und angrenzenden Fachbereichen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Gute Kenntnisse im MS Office-Paket; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, DATEV, etc.)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten
