  • Für unseren Kunden im Großraum Göppingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d). Sie verantworten die zuverlässige Bearbeitung der Debitorenbuchhaltung und tragen mit Ihrer Arbeit aktiv zu einem reibungslosen Forderungsmanagement bei.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung und Abstimmung von Zahlungseingängen
  • Überwachung offener Forderungen
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen und offenen Posten
  • Abstimmung der Debitorenkonten
  • Pflege der Kundenstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP, DATEV oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
