  • Sie erfassen und prüfen Geschäftsvorfälle im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung.
  • -Sie verbuchen Zahlungseingänge und ordnen diese den offenen Forderungen zu.
  • -Sie überwachen offene Posten und klären Abweichungen zeitnah.
  • -Sie stimmen Debitorenkonten ab und halten Buchungsdaten nachvollziehbar.
  • -Sie erstellen Auswertungen zu offenen Forderungen für das Rechnungswesen.
  • -Sie bearbeiten Anfragen zu Rechnungen und Zahlungsvorgängen.
  • -Sie pflegen debitorische Stammdaten sorgfältig und aktuell.
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Sie beherrschen die Aufgaben der Debitorenbuchhaltung und arbeiten sicher mit Forderungen.
  • -Sie buchen Zahlungseingänge sorgfältig und behalten offene Posten im Blick.
  • -Sie prüfen Daten genau und klären Unstimmigkeiten strukturiert.
  • -Sie arbeiten verlässlich mit Zahlen und dokumentieren Vorgänge nachvollziehbar.
