Aufgabengebiet

  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung der offenen Posten
  • -Durchführung von Mahnläufen und Klärung von Zahlungseingängen
  • -Erstellung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • -Abstimmung von Debitorenkonten und Klärung von Differenzen
  • -Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • -Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen im Bereich Debitorenmanagement

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Erfahrung im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office
  • -Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Gehalt zwischen 50.000 und 55.000 EUR brutto pro Jahr
  • -Langfristige Perspektive in einer Festanstellung
