Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie verwalten und überwachen die Debitorenkonten.
  • -Sie prüfen und buchen eingehende Zahlungen.
  • -Sie erstellen und versenden Rechnungen an Kunden.
  • -Sie führen regelmäßige Kontenabstimmungen durch.
  • -Sie übernehmen das Mahnwesen und die Klärung offener Posten.
  • -Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • -Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Prozesse zu verbessern.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • -Erste Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen.
  • -Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • -Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktive Vergütung von 23,00 bis 32,00 EUR brutto pro Stunde.
  • -Temporäre Anstellung mit spannenden Aufgaben.
