Aufgabengebiet

  • Überwachen und Verbuchen von Zahlungseingängen
  • -Erstellen und Versenden von Rechnungen
  • -Bearbeiten von offenen Posten sowie Mahnwesen
  • -Klärung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • -Abstimmung und Pflege der Debitorenkonten
  • -Mitwirken bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
  • -Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Debitorenmanagement
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Erfahrung im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP
  • -Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütungspaket

  • Attraktives Jahresgehalt zwischen 40.500 und 49.500 EUR brutto
  • -Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
  • -Spannende Tätigkeit in der Industrie- und Fertigungsbranche
