Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Debitorenbuchhaltung in SAP S/4HANA
  • -Verbuchung und Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen inkl. Klärung von Differenzen
  • -Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Abstimmung offener Posten
  • -Pflege und Verwaltung von Debitorenkonten sowie Stammdaten
  • -Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Analysen im Debitorenbereich
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (z. B. Vertrieb, Controlling)
  • -Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und der Weiterentwicklung buchhalterischer Abläufe in SAP

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltun
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, idealerweise im Modul FI
  • -Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit buchhalterischen Prozessen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften (HGB)
  • -Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • -Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
