Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • -Überwachung und Abstimmung von Zahlungseingängen
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kostenträgern und Förderstellen
  • -Durchführung laufender Bankbuchungen
  • -Pflege und Analyse der Kostenrechnung
  • -Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts
  • -Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Erstellung von Auswertungen und Finanzübersichten
  • -Pflege relevanter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten in den eingesetzten Systemen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -Berufserfahrung in Debitoren-, Finanz- oder Hauptbuchhaltung
  • -Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • -Kostenrechnung
  • -Reporting und Zahlungsverkehr
  • -DATEV
  • -Microsoft Excel
  • -ERP- oder Verwaltungssoftware
  • -Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
