  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Debitorenkonten inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Klärung von Zahlungsdifferenzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden bezüglich offener Forderungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im System
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Debitorenmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen und externen Richtlinien

## Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
