### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Betreuung der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Verbuchung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen und Klärung von Differenzen
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens und Forderungsmanagements
  • Abstimmung von Debitorenkonten sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (z. B. Finance, Projektmanagement)

### Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann, Bürokaufmann, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
