Wir suchen in unserer zentralen Verwaltung am Standort  Marxheim-Schweinspoint ab sofort eine/n Debitorenbuchhalter\*in in Teilzeit mit 15 Wochenstunden.

AUFGABEN
Ordnungsgemäße und zeitnahe Bearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts im Team der Debitorenbuchhaltung unter Einhaltung steuerlicher und handelsrechtlicher Vorgaben sowie unternehmensinterner Richtlinien
Verbuchung von elektronischen Kontoauszügen sowie Zahlungsavisen der Kostenträger mit täglicher Abstimmung
Klärung offener Posten und möglicher Zahlungsdifferenzen
Ansprechpartner\*in für Kunden sowie interne Fachabteilungen
Arbeitszeit 3-4 Tage nach Absprache, zwischen 07:30 und 16:00 Uhr, nach Einarbeitung bis zu 50% Homeoffice möglich

PROFIL
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung wünschenswert
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung vorzugsweise im Bereich eines Sozialunternehmens
Eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Sicherer Umgang mit moderner Buchhaltungssoftware – idealerweise Diamant sowie solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Excel
Ausgeprägte soziale Werteorientierung und Identifikation mit den Zielen unserer Stiftung
