Role Overview

• We’re hiring an Analyst to support Decile Capital’s fundraising operations, LP research, and internal workflows as we scale our emerging manager investment strategy. This is a support and execution role. You won’t be leading fundraising, but you’ll be the person who makes it run: tracking pipelines, following up with LPs, preparing materials, and keeping the machine moving.
• The ideal candidate is organized, fast, and relentless about follow-through. Prior fundraising experience is a plus but not required. What matters is sharp judgment, strong writing, and the ability to manage a high volume of detail without dropping balls. This is an opportunity to learn institutional fundraising from the inside at an early-stage platform changing venture capital.

Remote candidates will be considered. Applicants in the U.S. are preferred.
