How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Deep Clean Team Member at Lava Island, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facility is spotless and ready for guests. Your responsibilities include:

Delivering an Exceptionally Clean Facility – Ensure every area meets the highest cleaning standards.

Following Regular Cleaning Schedules – Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines for equipment and the facility.

Helping with Foam Pit Cleanings – Support specialized cleaning tasks like foam pits and other unique areas.

Embodying Lava Island’s Core Values – Uphold our commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Supporting the Team – Perform other duties as assigned by management to maintain a great guest experience.

Are You the Right Fit?

Hardworking, detail-oriented, and dependable

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

A team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills: Customer service, cleaning experience

What You’ll Need

Availability to work nights, early mornings, and occasional weekends

Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be18 years or older and pass a background check
