Wir suchen ab sofort und unbefristet CNC Fräser: in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (37,5 Std./Woche, Schichtarbeit - Nachtschicht nur auf Wunsch).

Du arbeitets mit modernsten CNC-3/4-/5-Achs Bearbeitungszenten sowie Roboter. Es erwartet dich ein sauberes Produktionsumfeld und präzise Fertigungsprozesse. Du arbeitetest eng mit der Kalkulationsabteilung und der Produktion zusammen. Die Bauteile reichen von Prototypen bis zu Serienkomponenten, häufig mit hohen Anforderungen an Maßhaltigkeit und Oberflächenqualität.

Dein Job bei PROFILAN:

  • Bedienen, Einrichten, Überwachen von CNC‑Fräsmaschinen (3‑/4-/5-Achsen).
  • Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC‑Programmen (NC/CAM).
  • Werkzeugauswahl und Vermessen von Werkzeugen.
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Kunststoffbauteile mittels Messmitteln (Messschieber, 3D‑Messarm).
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen.
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse und Ergebnisse.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker: in, CNC‑Fräser: in, Werkzeugmechaniker: in oder vergleichbar.
  • Erfahrung im Fräsen von Holz-, Metall- oder Kunststoffbauteilen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CNC‑Steuerungen (z. B. Heidenhain, Siemens, Maestro).
  • Technisches Verständnis für Zeichnungen, Toleranzen und Oberflächen.
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamgedanke.
