Deli/Bakery Manager

As our Deli/Bakery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the department while working alongside your team to provide fresh, quality products and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, train, and develop department team members.

Create a positive, respectful, and productive team environment.

Oversee daily department operations, including inventory, ordering, production, merchandising, and scheduling.

Ensure fresh, appealing products and excellent customer service.

Maintain department cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.

Monitor department sales, expenses, and productivity.

Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

Previous deli/bakery leadership experience or management/supervisory experience in retail, grocery, or food service.

Knowledge of baking, food preparation, and cake decorating.

A team player who leads by example and takes initiative.

Someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership.
