Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate Intern you will support work across deal value creation, integration planning, and separation activities within our Advisory practice. As an Intern you will support teams, participate in projects, and develop your skills through basic tasks, research, and exposure to PwC methods while observing how professionals approach client work and day-to-day delivery. In this role at PwC, you will help gather information, organize materials, contribute to analyses, and build commercial awareness while learning how to apply active listening, communication, teamwork, and digital tooling in a client support setting.

Responsibilities

  • - Supporting post-merger integration and value realization work across separation and divestiture initiatives
  • - Conducting research and gathering information to inform carve-out planning, operational separation, and transition activities
  • - Assisting with analyses of process changes, workstreams, and integration dependencies across business functions
  • - Preparing presentation materials, status updates, and tracking documents for internal and client-facing discussions
  • - Organizing workstream data, meeting notes, and action items to help maintain momentum on project tasks
  • - Using digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information, identify patterns, and draft work products
  • - Participating in team meetings and learning from experienced professionals across transaction and integration activities
  • - Applying teamwork, active listening, and intellectual curiosity to contribute to project deliverables

What You Must Have

  • - Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
  • - At least 3 years of experience
  • - Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
